Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 15 days of delivery. If your purchase falls out of that timeframe, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a return or refund. Products you wish to return, or exchange must meet the conditions below. You need to prove returned items by taking pictures or recording videos. This helps us to handle your case (THIS IS REQUIRED) promptly.

Eligibility Conditions

If all the conditions stated below are not met, we reserve the right to refuse the return. Returned items must follow the below conditions:

  • If the product is the wrong size or color. You immediately send an email notification to us to know and solve the problem for you.
  • The serial number must be intact, or the return will be automatically denied.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns based on the condition of the returned merchandise.
  • Products must be returned in their unaltered original boxes
  • Returned products must include all received initial items, including free articles and accessories, for a total return.
  • At the same time, the returned product must be in its original packaging, with tags, and in unused condition. If the product is no longer in our store’s packaging, please note that we do not accept this return case.
  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable
  • The refund amount is limited to the original purchase price
  • Sale products and gifts are not reserved the right non-refundable

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, we will exchange it for a replacement or issue a refund. In the event of missing or damaged items in transit. Please contact us an email at [email protected], you must claim them within three business days of receipt.

How to Start Paying

To arrange a return/exchange, please contact us via email to receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.

Shipping Products for Return or Exchange

Please make sure you repack the product carefully. You must place the original box in a separate shipping box and include the RMA number below the return address. Please do not put shipping labels or manufacturers on the packaging.

Limited Liability

We are not responsible for any consequences after you have used our product. For example, if you accidentally tear the product or lose the product form after confirming the order, we will have the right to refuse to be responsible.

Refund Policy

Refunds apply to the payment method used at purchase 3-5 days after the goods are received and inspected. Refunds are limited to the original purchase price and do not include shipping and handling fees, which are non-refundable.
